Instruction Sheet for the Handheld Template for the Personal and Professional Power Punch

Place the handheld template on the base of the Power Punch.  Align the small hole at the back of the template with the pin on the base table of the Power Punch.

Insert any handheld punch, including, but not limited to Gemline^TM Punches and PunchLine^TM Punches from McGill, Inc., and handheld punches from Fiskars.  Insert punch by positioning the pin extrusion in the front open slot of the punch.  The fit should be snug with little movement.

Use the slash marks on either side of the template to line up the paper guides.  If you want both guides set in the same position, count the number of marks after setting the left side.  Then set the right side to the same number of marks.

You can intentionally offset the paper guides.  When you set one paper guide up higher than the other, your punch marks take on a new look and are slanted.  Experiment with this one, you will like the look you can achieve!
