It barely cut through a regular sheet of paper. It Did not cut through the card stock that I was using. I contacted the seller about returning them and have not heard back from them. It's been over a week.

Cuts through my thickest paper cleanly! Does require a bit of pressure, but the cuts are perfect. I would definitely buy from them again.
The item came in on time and was as described. I will not, however, buy this brand punch again. For a small punch it was very difficult to punch and requires a lot of pressure. You almost have to bang it on the table in order to make one punch. I do not recommend buying this punch.
